Sturgis Motorcycle Rally Cancellation Policy

Big Rig RV Park, LLC - Rally Cancellation and Terms Policy:  We will allow cancellation with full payment returned if notified by June 15, 2010. Cancellations up to July 1, 2010, will be accepted, but a 10% cancellation fee will be withheld. There is no refund or credit given on any reservations cancelled after July 1, 2010.  Please allow 4 weeks for refund of registration fees.

Reservations are non-transferable, non-shareable, only one RV per spot, only the person's name that reserved the spot will be allowed to check in, unless prior arrangements with approval have been made. Once vacated the RV spot reverts back to Big Rig RV Park.  We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
