Big Rig RV Park, LLC - Rally Cancellation and Terms Policy: We will allow cancellation with full payment returned by July 1, 2008. After July 1, 2008 we can not guarantee a return of registration fees, we will only return the balance less the 10% service fee if we are able to re-rent your spot. However, we realize that sometimes unforeseen matters arise beyond your control, so please call as soon as possible if you have to cancel. We will diligently try to re-rent your spot, we want everyone to be satisfied with Big Rig RV Park and return next year. Please allow 4 weeks for refund of registration fees.
Reservations are non-transferable, non-shareable, only one RV per spot, only the person's name that reserved the spot or cabin will be allowed to check in, unless prior arrangements with approval have been made. Once vacated the RV spot or Cabin reverts back to Big Rig RV Park. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
